Dear Sir or Madam,
I write to say I have been bad. It has been 24 hours since my last blogfession. I was doing good, but it's so hot... especially when you're out exercising in the hot weather... and beer contains hops, which are good for you, so... um, anyway, here's the summary du jour:
Exercise du jour: 1 hour yoga, 2 hours walking (in the @#$! hot sun. Just thought I'd make sure that part hadn't been missed.)
Calories in: 1899*
Calories out: 1032
*Not all of it beer, thankfully. Some vegetables, fruit, and chicken. But the nutritionist did tell me I wasn't eating enough carbs...
Oh, I'm sorry, what? You were talking about exercise? Right, good job on getting out there even when it's roasting!
Glad to see you're working in some carbs. Why not grab a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and get all your food groups in one go?

Hey, I lost another pound doing this beer & whine diet. I think I'm onto something here ;)
Wow...another pound! I am sure the beer helped, but really, I think it was the tomato sandwich.
