Quote du jour: Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. - C.S. Lewis

Site du jour: You've probably already seen this, but I appreciated this informative and useful procedure on how to put on a sports bra. (Thanks to K D James.)

Goal for the month: 30 days of a sort, shred, file or purge fest.

Goal for the week: Go to bed by 9 p.m.

Exercise du jour: 30 minutes rowing.
Walking to/from work.

Week 1 day 3 of the 200 squat challenge.

Done!

Failed on everything but the squats. Got home and had to spend the next two hours and thirty-seven minutes helping my mother upgrade her anti-virus software. TWO friggin' calls to support. I mean, I've been working in the software industry for over ten years, and I've never had an install that was this badly bungled. Argh!

Full laughter here. The sports bra link is great. I used to struggle with those things and even got bruises from them while trying to pull them on and off. Now I use the ones with front hooks or zippers.

Well, you're welcome. But all I did was grab it from twitter (where several people linked to it) and pass it along.

Reminded me of being on the danceline in HS and struggling into dance leotards that had no zippers or hooks -- just an impossibly narrow opening into which one had to stuff many body parts and then PULL.

Isn't it your bedtime yet?

Love the sports bra link! I agree the front closure sports bras such as the one made by Enell here : www.onesweetone.com .....are so much more convenient and easier to remove once you are done working out and sweaty.
