Goal of the month: Day 26 of the 30-day purge. I am proud to say that there is noticeably less stuff around to purge.

Goal of the week: Get up by 8 a.m. (No, I'm not braving the stores today!)
Exercise du jour: C25k Week 5. Yes, it's that time. The infamous 20 minute jog.
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog two miles (or 20 minutes) with no walking.

Staying away from stores today means less to regret tomorrow, or purge next year. Good job!
Excellent point! I am so sick of getting rid of stuff that the thought of buying anything more, even to give to someone else, makes me almost physically ill.
Also, I've found a few Christmas gifts that I'd squirreled away for people, things that I bought some months ago. When you've got too much, it's easy to misplace things.
