If it's Thursday, I must be running

Since it's been such a consistently rotten week running-wise, I was tempted to blow this day's exercise off and start fresh next week. On reflection, bad idea. I don't want to lose whatever slight vestige of conditioning that I've gained with even the feeble amount of trudgery I've done so far.

Exercise du jour: 50 minutes running.
