Really, it's quite simple. I don't see why these rules have not been more universally adopted. Yet.
Exercise du jour:
Week 2 of the (full) 100 push up challenge
(90 seconds rest in between)
Set 1 - 9
Set 2 - 11
Set 3 - 8
Set 4 - 8
Set 5 - 11
Week 2 of the 200 sit ups challenge
(60 seconds rest in between)
Set 1 - 21
Set 2 - 21
Set 3 - 15
Set 4 - 15
Set 5 - 22
Done! Damn. I wonder if my body's gained immense poundage over the weekend? The arms are quite definite about their feelings on push ups. Feels like I'm at my limit and it's only the second week. Of course, that's the great thing about the push up challenge -- takes me up to my limit and then I find I can do a bit more next time. Maybe. I might end up repeating this week.
I adhere to these rules on a daily basis.
For example--I started both the pushup and situp challenges today. Completed my stint this morning. Thanks for the motivation. Though I'll probably be cursing you tomorrow when I'm sore. :)
