Day 7: 31 Days of Exercise

Caspar David Friedrich - Schneeh├╝gel mit Raben
  • AM: 15 minutes stairs, jumping jacks, lunges, walking in place, whatever. Get the blood moving. - done
  • Noon: 30 minutes exercise DVD - SEMIdone. Managed 15 before got caught up in work again.
  • PM: 30 minutes aerobic housecleaning - Fail. By the end of the day, the allergies were too fierce. I feel like a bum, but sometimes the body speaks louder than the conscience.
