- AM: 15 minutes stairs, jumping jacks, lunges, walking in place, whatever. Get the blood moving. - done
- Noon: 30 minutes exercise DVD - SEMIdone. Managed 15 before got caught up in work again.
- PM: 30 minutes aerobic housecleaning - Fail. By the end of the day, the allergies were too fierce. I feel like a bum, but sometimes the body speaks louder than the conscience.

Don't give up! Keep trying to push work back into the time where it belongs.
