Day 3: 31 days of exercise

It's the weekend. I don't want to do the same old thing I do all week.

  • AM: 15 minutes walking -Done. Barely. I find it much harder to be productive on the weekends. This blog is helping me.
  • NOON: 30 minutes walking - done. Everything is being done later than a workday.
  • PM: 15 minutes walking - done. Finally.

Walking is good! Walk for me, since my foot hurts no matter what I do.

No need. Just try to enjoy it for me. I get plenty (PLENTY) of exercise at work, but I so enjoy Taking Walks Outdoors. Which after a day on my foot is not working well for me.
