All right, maybe it wasn't the fastest fell swoop on the planet (they say you should aim to do 200 squats in 5 minutes), but I did it.
200 squats, no breaks. Let me tell you, that is one great way to break out in a sweat.
Done! Plus, 20 minutes on the elliptical to warm up the knees, and an additional few minutes doing some push ups and sundry to make the squats session last long enough to qualify for a point. Plus, a second 20 minutes ellipticalling in the evening.

It's funny, L100. I read that comment and thought "thighs? hurt?"
Then I started to get up out of the chair that I'd been sitting in for a few minutes. Oh. those thighs. And calves.
Time to do some more stretching.
