The choice: exercise or put my head under the pillow. It's a tough call.
Infuse your life with action. Don't wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honor your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen... yourself, right now, right down here on Earth.

Walking dancing and strengthening exercises. Still too much snow on the roads (and sidewalks, and crosswalks, and the track) to walk at any pace beyond a careful shuffle. Hopefully this will change soon. The walking schedule calls for me to do a timed 1k this week. But all the same, exercise was performed, so --done

A very tough call. I always find the hardest exercise is pushing myself out the door. After that, I'm ok. - GG
Truth. I read a quote that said the hardest weight to lift was that of your body off of the couch.
Good work getting up and doing something! Hope your weather cooperates with your walks soon.
Yes, I'm rather hoping that too. It's pretty to look at all the white stuff, but I'd rather drive up to the mountains to admire it.
