You want me to eat what?

you want me to eat- VEGGIEZ!? hahahahahahahah NO.
see more dog and puppy pictures

I hate trying to eat right.

In theory, I want to eat fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit.

But... I don't want fish breath, or making my work cubicle smell like a cannery.
Eggs upset my stomach, as do most green leafy veggies.
Can I live on fruit alone?
Probably not.

No solutions here. Just whining.

Exercise du jour: Jog 2 miles
Done!

Wow, eggs upset your stomach?! Bummer. And they're supposed to be one of the most easily digested proteins. Chicken? Hummus?

Oh, and what about the complex carbs? You need those too! They have some pasta that you can buy here that is supposed to be partly made from legumes.

Well anyway. Poor babies for the food difficulties. *patting back* It's totally not fair that it's so difficult to eat well. (Been struggling with this myself a lot of late.)

I hope that you start to feel better about your food options soon. I'm with you on the cannery smells. Nothing like sitting in a cube/office with eau de tuna everywhere. Like work isn't fun enough without that. Hope the cycling is going well.

Wow, I can't imagine having difficulty with eggs. I can identify with the fishy smell that tuna leaves behind. I like the idea of spicy hummus and carrots. That's one of my favorites. Good luck to you.

I eat a lot of turkey breast, but that's because I detest fish. I don't do eggs at work because for me, hardboiled is hit or miss when it comes to peeling and frankly, I don't need stressful food in my life!

I probably should, but I don't, worry about whether my veggie are leafy green. As long as they're actual veggie (and not carbs like corn or potatoes), I figure I'm so much farther along that I used to be that it's got to be good for me!

I had a friend, a vegetarian by the way, whose 2 year old would not eat veggies.

She was almost in tears talking to the pediatrician, who asked if the child liked fruit. She said yes, and he said, "So give him 5 servings of fruit and a multivitamin every day."

I don't know if you want to go that route, but it's a thought.

I would move to other veggies than leafy greens. Carrots are good. How about peppers? Veggies for me are the thing I found the most challenging.

But, your tastes will change. If you just keep at it.

Fish breath?
Nerd that I am, I take my toothbrush to work with me. Good job on the jog!
