Almost there...

All I have to do is make it through the day.
And the next week.
I can do that.
No problem.
I hope.

Exercise du jour:

Push up challenge, week 3 day 3

set 1 11
set 2 13
set 3 9
set 4 9
set 5 max (at least 13)

Why are push ups so loathsome?
Plus, walked 1.5 miles. (Yeah, I know it's not much, but I'm counting it anyway. Because I can. So there.)

I confess, I was too much of a wimp to take on the 100 push ups challenge. They are not fun.

This is what I ponder every time I even contemplate starting up the challenge again. Oy.

1.5 miles of walking totally counts!

I'm trying the pushup challenge again too. I've noticed that the workout plan has changed just a bit since I printed it out. Huh.

Oh, and although they can be annoying, one nice thing about doing pushups is that you can do them in your pajamas. :+)
