Day 11: 31 Days of Exercise

Some days, I just don't want to set foot out of the house. Luckily, I can still exercise indoors.
  • AM: 15 minutes stairs, jumping jacks, lunges, walking in place, whatever. Get the blood moving.
  • Noon: 30 minutes exercise DVD
  • PM: 30 minutes aerobic housecleaning
Fail. Decided to spend the day in bed sick.
