Okay. I will try this video again. I feel intimidated that I can't keep up to her pace, but I don't know the moves yet. It is encouraging to see this very fit woman out of breath, but that's also intimidating. So long as I get the time in, that counts.
AM:15 minutes video Done
Noon:32 minutes video Fail
PM:60 minutes raking those leaves, since the dang trees seemed to have shed a whole new lot of leaves onto the lawn. Fail. My lawn has disappeared beneath leaves.
I have to rake leaves at work. I am SO not motivated to rake my own (which aren't falling yet.) Fortunately the front yard has pine needles, which just disappear into the grass.
That video is INTENSE!I'd be super duper sore from doing that. I do about a five minute session of butt exercises twice a week (physio for my running) and that's more than enough to make my muscles cranky.
Xenia! Good to hear from you. I am glad to know I'm not the only one who finds it challenging. I keep finding really convincing reasons, about 15 minutes in, to go do something else.

It's nice that life often gives us a do-over.
