I really don't feel like exercising today. It's 10 in the morning and it's already starting to feel hot.
HOWEVER
Since if I don't exercise today, I'd have to post that, I decided to find some kind of exercise I can get in today that qualifies.
- AM: 15 minutes on the elliptical. - done!
- Noon: 15 minutes yardwork. More, if there's a breeze. - done
- PM: I am going to go to the nice air conditioned library and climb stairs.- Fail

My library doesn't have stairs. But my foot would object violently if I used them for exercise anyway. It used to be a bowling alley though, so it has nice long wide corridors. (Police station and DVM in the same building.)

Yeah, the library stairs thing didn't work out. But I'll think of something else for the next heat wave.
