I really don't feel like exercising today. It's 10 in the morning and it's already starting to feel hot.
Since if I don't exercise today, I'd have to post that, I decided to find some kind of exercise I can get in today that qualifies.
AM: 15 minutes on the elliptical. - done!
Noon: 15 minutes yardwork. More, if there's a breeze. - done
PM: I am going to go to the nice air conditioned library and climb stairs.- Fail
