- AM: 15 minutes on the elliptical- done
- Noon: 30 minutes yardwork - switched this for a 30 minute walk instead. Needed to run errands. Combining drudgery with exercise. Win!
- PM: 45 minutes on the elliptical. I want to ramp up the duration, push myself a little. Hopefully, I'll be awake by then. - done!
