Headaches, Wordsworth, & Exercise

It is a beauteous evening, calm and free,
The holy time is quiet as a Nun
Breathless with adoration...
- Wordsworth

It was indeed a beautiful evening. Except I was the one breathless, and not with adoration. Even with a headache coming on, managed 20 minutes with Orlando Manuel.

Had to stop in the middle to use the inhaler, but on the positive side that's the first time all day. Seems like I'm improving. Hopefully

Sadly, the sunset was not my photo. From flickr.

Glad the inhaler is working out, and letting you work out as well!

Hope you chased the headache away?

Try taking the inhaler before exercising?

LOVE the treadmill pic :)

Congrats on your progress. Yes, it will take a little time to build up your stamina again. Keep the inhaler handy, and don't get cockey when you have a few good days.

Why didn't you take a current photo?

The picture of the treadmill is pretty current. (You're right: that's an old sunset photo.)

Huh. Last time I saw that picture ove the fireplace, it was hanging on the wall, not resting on the mantle. Ergo, the photo is at least pre-summer solstice.
