I'm in the last stretch of the 30 days of 3-hours-a-day exercise, and I could just use a little something to help me keep up, as it were, with the exercising.
The good thing is that aiming for 3 hours means that I usually manage at least 1-1/2 hours, usually more. Considering that I've been spending the past week running around like a head with its chicken cut off, that's pretty good. But I'm still bummed that I'm not perfect.
Are you perfect? Is anyone perfect? (Except of course for some of my brothers as seen from the perspective of my mother, but I don't really think that counts for the purposes of this discussion.)

Exercise du jour: I can't put it off any longer. I have to clean out the office so the plumbers can break the wall so that they can replace a valve in the shower so that I can take a shower. This probably means that I'm going to have to clean the bathroom as well. Since this means I'm going to be doing a lot of lifting and moving, I do think it counts as exercise. Somebody cover me; I'm goin' in.
Doesn't seem like the kind of thing to give a gold star for, but I did three hours of moving stuff from point A to point B. Not sure I'd call it organizing either. But I'm done for the night.

Cleaning the bathroom is exercise so there! I always end up sweating when I do it.
Of course cleaning is exercise! The best kind of exercise, too, because you get the reward of a clean bathroom at the end of it. Or, if you're me, the reward of a clean bathroom AND a chocolate bar.
Cleaning is most definitely exercise, the kind I haven't gotten around to doing yet. BUT I have managed to do the program I posted/committed to in my comment on Friday afternoon: I've done an hour-long walk, mostly uphill, twice each day, both yesterday and today.
That's meant to help, to be some version of the something you need to help you keep going.
And I'm not perfect either: I haven't yet managed to do any of the exercises I'm to do at home.
Cleaning is definitely exercise. And I'm not perfect.
The plumbers--either past or present--aren't perfect either. They have to break a wall to get to the valve? Please tell me they're going to put in an access hatch this time???

How do you manage to fit in 3 hours a day? Is it consecutive? Or is it broken up throughout your day? I would love to figure out how to do that too!
Wait! Don't clean the bathroom until the plumbers are done. They will undoubtable get dust, mess, dirt, etc. in the bathroom if they are making an access hatch and then you will just need to clean again. And judging from what my plumber has said, no matter how bad your bathroom is, they have seen much, much worse.
And how do you find 3 hours to exercise? I'm impressed with myself when I find 1.
The only way I can manage to squeeze in 3 hours of daily exercise is to do the first hour as soon as I drag myself out of bed in the morning. Yes, even before coffee.
Also, I'm a bit flexible about that third hour. Generally, it goes like this:
- the 1st hour is something aerobic first thing in the morning.
- the 2nd hour, around noon, is something easy. I'm pretty flexible about what qualifies as exercise so long as I'm moving for the whole hour. One day, I simply walked in place while watching a TV show that I didn't want to miss.
- the 3rd hour, in the eveningb, is split between 1/2 hour of something aerobic and 1/2 hour of something easy, with plenty of stretching thrown in.
The downside is that I'm taking a bath 2 or 3 times a day. I'll be glad when I have a working shower again!
Before coffee?! That is an outrage!
Yeah, but it cuts way down on the amount of coffee I need to get going in the morning.
Plus, time tends to exhibit anomalous behavior in the neighborhood of my dining room table. If I sit down for a single cup of coffee in the morning, hours can pass before I get moving for the day.

Three hours of moving stuff most definitely qualifies for a gold star. [I think the organizing part happens once they're done and leave you to clean up all over again. You get to put things back and you can organize them then.]
Okay, time to finish dressing and I'm off for my morning walk through the park.
I'm sure hoping cleaning counts as exercise, because our house is filthy & we have dinner guests coming. I've got a lot of exercise to get to today!
And I'm perplexed: with all you're doing, how can "feeble excuses" be one of your post labels? I'd be crowing about all I'd been doing and using labels like I'm Awesome, Look At Me Y'all! and Damn I Feel Smug.

Crabby, this week I haven't been making my goal of doing 3 hours a day. Therefore, clearly, I am a complete failure and utter loser and... oh wait, sorry, left my Negative Thought faucet running again.
Congrats on the exercise moving and cleaning stuff; sympathy on the plumbing woes.
