It's too early to be thinking of how hot it is outside. I want heat waves to occur only when one of the following conditions apply:
1. I'm at the beach
2. I've installed air conditioning in the house
3. I've hooked up a hammock in my lovely shady back yard and have inveigled several lithe, nubile pool boys into fanning me with palm leaves and feeding me hand-peeled grapes and... sorry, where was I? Oh yes. I'm supposed to exercise. Right. Need to drag my mind back to the matter at hand.

I've been slacking a bit with the pushups and situps. My habit of waiting to do them at the end of the day is not a good one. Needs to be first thing or else I dither too much.
I will trade you one day of heatwave for the crappy cold rainy weather I'm getting. See, England does have its drawbacks.
