I just flew in...
And boy are my arms tired.
What? Why are you looking at me like that? I'm supposed to be original? It's true. Yesterday my arms were sore even when I did something as simple as lifting a coffee cup. Note to self: invest in straws.
All this exercise must be doing some good. I've lost four pounds in the last two days. Now, if I can only lose two more, I'll be back to where I was before the unfortunate Chinese Food Incident.

Week 3 of the (full) 100 push up challenge
Day 2
(90 seconds rest in between)
Set 1 - 14
Set 2 - 19
Set 3 - 14
Set 4 - 14
Set 5 - 19
Week 3 of the 200 sit ups challenge
(60 seconds rest in between)
Day 2
Set 1 - 21
Set 2 - 28
Set 3 - 21
Set 4 - 21
Set 5 - 28
Done! Okay, so I rested a bit between sets 3 and 4. About 11 hours. But all the same, it got done.

And more power to you for keeping with the pushup challenge! I should try again, but I never seem to make it past week 4 (which is more like week 6 or 7 due to repeats).
