Time for a pithy party

Okay, I’ll keep this short.
I don’t wanna.
I’m simply documenting this, not asking for sympathy or ‘you go girl’ or a kick-in-the-virtual-pants. Just noting that I really really don’t want to go out there and work out. It helps to write it down and post it up here. Even whining is useful, or so I’m choosing to believe. I really don’ wanna. I’m tired, I’m sick, and I’ve gotten out of the habit.
Yes, I know I’m gonna do it anyway. I have to. Done whining now.
Exercise du jour: Walking. In the rain. Which means that at least the air will be fresh and clear ... and wet ... whine...

I am with you on the not wanting to exercise. Ugh. I think it's the heat. At least here it is. Makes me feel lazy and sleepy. But we do what we have to do and then feel better afterwards. :)

i do run faster when I see snakes on the trail, tiny harmless garden snakes, but i bet a tiger would work too.
I wonder if the girl is wearing "Obsession" cologne for men (WSJ reported that big cats love the stuff).
I think it's great you post the "don' wanna." I certainly feel that way and am glad for the company.
Hey, me, again. I started a challenge today to get myself going and am inviting others to join me, and I'd like to invite you. It's nothing like a 5k in 5 min sort of thing. It's just small changes every week and building on that.
