I've decided it's your fault I'm not getting my originally scheduled workouts in.
No, it's not the fault of the insane work hours, or my slothful need to sleep more than three hours a night. It's all your fault.
If you were DOING YOUR JOB and making me FEEL GUILTY FOR NOT EXERCISING then not only would I STOP WRITING IN ALL CAPS, yes, I would actually be getting some serious exercise in.
Shame on you.
Exercise du jour: No, using ALL CAPS is not exercise. Sadly. Neither is aerobically jumping to conclusions or exercising my powers of deduction. So I guess I'm stuck with something
Yes, I know. I set my sights low. But so long as I achieve the goal, it's a win. And
Update du 11:38 pm: Crap. I don't think I'm going to fit exercise into the day. Had meetings all through lunch. Tomorrow is another day. Maybe a better one.

I have always been a big proponent of low expectations!! Perhaps that is why I'm having difficulties with motivation, too.
GET GOING!!!! (Notice the all caps?)
Is that the guilt trip you were hoping for? Probably not, but ya gotta start somewhere. Good luck to you.
Move it, move it!!!
Sorry, I'm not good at creating guilt. Hope you made it out for your 2 mile walk. Even if you didn't, at least you're still thinking about it, that probabloy burns a calorie or two... right?
Kitties!!!
I'm sorry, you were saying? Oh yes, guilt. Guilt, guilt, guilt.
Is it working?
Ahhhh, the days of being a good Catholic come back to me now - well not really. Never a fan of guilt, just a fan of thinking I'll never weigh 203 again.
So, um yeah...how about this - instead of sexting..there's a new SparkPeople group who want to text motivational notes to each other. Think that may work or just raise your cell phone bill?
Oh wait, remember those posts about a month ago how you were run/jog/walking 4 miles - 4 miles more than me? Yeah...I know you remember...
Those were the good ole days!
How's that for guilt? Good luck and keep moving.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in your LACK of EXERCISE lately, Merry!
Did that work?
Sorry, I can't be disappointed - you work more than full-time and still usually managed to fit some sort of workout in, which is super-impressive to me, a part-time worker who is lazy as all get-out on the days she actually works. As in "you do not actually expect me to workout before or after I put in a full day at my JOB, do you?!?"
So yeah - you are doing great!
I've got an award for you at my blog as soon as I get it posted. :)
I have a whip if that helps.
The work insanity has to stop sometime -- I hope.
Meanwhile, walk as much as you can. Fit in exercise any way you can so as to not loose too much ground.
If you think it would help, Sweetie works with a couple of retired Marine Corps generals who could yell at you.
Just don't let the Marines near the whip... that could get unpleasant...
And thank you, I am feeling much more motivated to exercise. (Well, some motivation is much more than zero, right?)
You know how to brighten a day. Thanks for your comment. (hug) and smile
