Day 1, week 6 (woo hoo!) of the
push up challenge:
set 1 25
set 2 30
set 3 20
set 4 15
set 5 max (at least 40)
Done! Plus, 2.5 miles of brisk walking. Much easier to keep up a brisk pace when it's freezing cold outside. Something good to be said about winter!

Do you ever look at those push up numbers, compare them to where you were when you started, and think:
I am the most amazing human on earth?
'Cause I'd so be doing that if I were you.

Huh. It's a lot of math, adding up all of those numbers, but yeah -- I've definitely improved.
