It's odd, but true. Even though this schedule still has me getting up from my chair and moving around every couple hours for 15 minutes, it feels like I'm getting off easy because I've put all the exercise in one session instead of divvying it up into three.
- AM: 15 minutes cleaning -done
- Noon: 15 minutes cleaning - done. I would NOT have gotten up if I hadn't promised to track it here. This blog helps!
- PM: 45 minutes exercise DVD - done!
