YES!

I think FTS is my new all-purpose mantra, to be repeated anytime I find myself doing something that is not meaningful or bliss-inducing. Which is a way higher percentage of time than it should be. FTS!

Failure at weight loss is not our fault, we just have not learned what foods work and what foods simply fail in weight loss.

I realize the possible pointlessness of leaving a comment on an old post, but just wanted to say really miss you and your blog!!!

Hope you had a great thanksgiving and that all is well and that your humor and insight are finding other creative outlets.

I say Shake Things Up as much as you can. If we are always worried about the consequences of our actions, we punish ourselves anyway by never realizing our full potential.

Great post - thanks

Yup, you have the one life to fill as you choose. Would be nicer in the end to say, "I liked that, could I have seconds, please" instead of feeling like it was wasted.

Weight loss isn't really that easy thing to do, you have to have enough self discipline and self control over the temptation to eat. Don't give up, be motivated and focused at all times. :) Love it, by the way. ;)

FTS is a little bit shocking and so it has impact. It's amazing to me that even these days words like that can affect me and in this case in a good way!

Getting out of your comfort zone is when like really begins.
It's funny how just making use of time by exercising instead of just sitting there is considered foolish.

Yep. Perfectly said.

Hah! FTS!
I can only add "Illegitimi non carborundum" for those times when you need to be very slightly more polite.
