Personally, I blame Lori

I mean -- this is Oregon, not Minnesota. She should keep her weather to herself, thankyouverymuch.

Does one run in the snow?
Does anyone know?

Do you run if there's ice?
Do the slick roads add spice?

When the wind starts to bite
Should a runner sit tight?

It's still snowing. They say it is only going to get colder, a lot colder, so if I'm going to go, I should go soon.

What to do, what to do...
Done! Very wet, white, and windy out there.
I can see the appeal with indoor running.

Should have gone while it was still dark...

I've run in the snow to catch a bus, many times. But that was wearing shoe boots and carrying a heavy backpack. I might even have done it once or twice wearing three-inch heels. But in running shoes? I don't own any running shoes -- aren't they kind of smooth and rubbery in a way that gets slippery when wet? Um, I'm not sure I'd risk it.

Broken bones take so long to heal, amazing body or not. Let us know whether we should call EMS.

piddins: the kind of footprint running shoes leave in fresh snow

I still run.

Although at times it becomes a waddle.

Just do it :P

Run now while there's very little snow and it's not any colder. If you don't you'll regret it later.

There, is that enough of a guilt trip for you? ;)

No more guilt. Though I think if it gets any colder I'm going to imitate Lori and run indoors.
Thanks for the advice!

My feet get cold. lol. So, I hit the treadmill. Boring, but it gets the job done and I can feel my feet! :)

California clueless here. (And when I spent a couple winters in New York, the running/bike path was plowed so I never found out what running in actual snow would be like.)

Good luck with whatever you choose--just don't hurt yourself!
