Will doing push ups make me more pushy?
Push ups: 4,5,4,4,5 (120 seconds rest between sets)
Done! This was harder than I had expected. I might want to stay at this level for a week or so. Plus, I feel really tired today. Maybe I should stay at the running level for awhile too?
