Quote du jour: Life isn't boring, people are small and let life escape them.

Something about a job
interview gives me the urge to get the hell out of Dodge. I'm going to be good and do the job hunt/exercise stuff this morning. This afternoon, I'm heading off somewhere shady to get out of the heat.
Is it sad that I need to schedule in time to relax, or am I being active and proactive and all that kind of stuff?
Exercise du jour: 30 minutes on the elliptical before it gets too hot.
Done!

O Captain my Captain Tight Pants!

"Mal. From the Latin. Means bad." ;)
It's sad that so many of us won't take that time if we don't schedule it.
Thanks for the pic, too.
Yes, that's why I put it up there. Otherwise, I'll keep hitting my head up against these job sites long after I've gone stale and depressed.
See? It's almost 2 in the afternoon, and I'm still at my computer. Must - step - away - from -the keyboard.
Definitely block off relax time. It's the only way to go.
Merry, you should join us at the Betty Screenclub on Sunday nights. I'm being indoctrinated into the brilliance that is Firefly. Sierra translates Chinese for us. :)
Do I have to wear a brown coat? Oh heck, who needs an excuse to admire Mal ;)
Rest time is VERY important! If you have to schedule it, fine. But be sure you do it.

(breezy on my walk this evening, I think the humid went home where it belongs)
relaxation is a medicine that must be taken frequently, in large doses and whenever the patient feels the need.
and taking time out for yourself is a must
Oh good for you, totally.
