Ah, so this is supposed to be some kind of therapy?

Exercise du jour: 50 minutes running, but in a therapeutic fashion.

Done. Sort of. I quit after 35 minutes, because my foot was hurting too damn bad. I'm mad at my foot. (You think you've got me beat, foot? Is that what you think, huh? I don't THINK so. Just you wait.)
