January: month in review

Keeping physically fit; common-sense exercises for the whole family (1916) (14595131167)
Exercise to stimulate, not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them.
-Lee Haney

Okay, the first month of 2017 is done.
My house is cleaner. My life feels more organized. I have lost 10 pounds. Walking is becoming a habit. Progress.

  2. The illustrations were all from a book on 'practical exercises for the family' from 1916. Interesting to see what exercises were recommended 100 years ago.

Hello Shelley! I de-lurked a few months ago, but I've been lurking on your blog without commenting. It's good to see what you've been up to :)

Hey there! I was hoping you'd make it this far. Kind comments are worth more than coronets. Especially yours.
