Day 22: 31 Days of Exercise

  • AM: 15 minutes cleaning-done
  • Noon: 15 minutes cleaning, organizing, dancing around -done
  • PM: 45 minutes exercise DVD - done. Sorta. I mean, I moved around for 45 minutes without stopping, but it was pretty low energy. Still, I'm calling it 'done.'
