Goal of the month: Day 26 of the 30-day purge. I am proud to say that there is noticeably less stuff around to purge.

Goal of the week: Get up by 8 a.m. (No, I'm not braving the stores today!)
Exercise du jour: C25k Week 5. Yes, it's that time. The infamous 20 minute jog.
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog two miles (or 20 minutes) with no walking.

Excellent point! I am so sick of getting rid of stuff that the thought of buying anything more, even to give to someone else, makes me almost physically ill.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I've found a few Christmas gifts that I'd squirreled away for people, things that I bought some months ago. When you've got too much, it's easy to misplace things.
