Ate rice and potatoes and even potato chips instead. Hey, I had to give up Cheez-Its -- got to have SOMETHING crunchy and salty once in a while. To go with the chocolate. Didn't really exercise. It was a busy week. <br /><br />I lost five pounds. Surprised the hell out of me. And I feel really really good.<br /><br />Of course, taken as a percentage of the number of pounds I NEED to lose, five is not a big deal. And eating around 1200 calories. And I didn't gain weight, which is at least a step in the right direction, but I wasn't losing much either.
