Perhaps they are together, relaxing on a beach somewhere.

At first I wasn't concerned - sometimes a little break is good. But I'm starting to wonder if the motivation will ever come back. Or something catchier.

Um ok...so I'm the band-aid queen simply b/c my friends tell me I'm brutually honest...

So here's my best honest response: If you don't put yourself first who will? You keep your work appointments so you can keep your job, but if you don't keep your exercise appointments, you will become unhealthy, possibly to the point of losing employment. At that point, what's the point?

Ok - so bottom line - you need to keep your personal appointments as well as social/employment appointments.LaShaunehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00926161882767198480noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33059794.post-77376125490755738922010-09-05T18:53:51.128-07:002010-09-05T18:53:51.128-07:00Taking care of you first is not selfish, it is sur...Taking care of you first is not selfish, it is survival so you can do all that other stuff.

Trust me.messymimihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10649529601786689712noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33059794.post-61535205632814950242010-09-05T14:48:49.448-07:002010-09-05T14:48:49.448-07:00I was thinking less ellen and more kardashians but...I was thinking less ellen and more kardashians but I don't want to stand in the way of your dreams.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05755057750711493539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33059794.post-14471689953392292492010-09-05T13:01:00.564-07:002010-09-05T13:01:00.564-07:00Really? Seriously. Seconds away from having your own show on E.

I hate band aid comments too, almost as much as I hate real life people who respond to any shared experience with "That's ok, this happened to me...." You know what, you don't get to tell me whether my experience is ok for me or not depending on the level of your experience. Putting one foot in front of the other every day is the most difficult thing a person can do. You just lost your best friend - you need some time to recover. During the recovery time, you need to force yourself to move forward. At some point in time, it will be easier - trust me* - I've been through it.

Meanwhile, do take care of yourself and know that we are all here for you.Lounoreply@blogger.com
