The Eat To Live diet is based of Joel Fuhrman's book "Eat to Live." Even if you don't agree with him 100%, he's got some good theories and the research to back it up.The Merryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09660495393832517684noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33059794.post-74929257047120764552012-04-01T14:16:53.985-07:002012-04-01T14:16:53.985-07:00Just popped over from the reFab site. Plus, I see you're an elliptical gal like me too.

Your site looks fun. Don't know a thing about the Eat to Live bit, but love the quotes. I'll definitely be back to poke around some more, but supposed to be writing now & should get back to it.

Thanks for providing another great blog to add to my list:)katyLhttp://katyleen.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33059794.post-90108180136026076142012-04-01T12:42:23.714-07:002012-04-01T12:42:23.714-07:00Love the Charles Schulz quote! I have heard it's super easy to do right in a pot.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02206154638036351459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33059794.post-61939820876760045032012-03-22T08:15:34.599-07:002012-03-22T08:15:34.599-07:00Wow, I'm impressed at your willpower!

I'm always fixated on the amount of sugar in things, particularly spaghetti sauces and such where it doesn't need to be. I eat enough sugary stuff as it is, so I wanted to cut down on that. It's good that you've gotten me thinking about salt too. I could definitely cutback on that as well.Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16239398378627471218noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33059794.post-13714430725360463412012-03-21T12:24:23.701-07:002012-03-21T12:24:23.701-07:00Water retention can be a motivation killer. We're trying to cut them out. So far so good on salad dressings and such. Other sauces leads you to condiments, and life gets tougher there. Good luck with it all.

A robot test. Sigh.
